Description

“Unicorns” shows two white unicorns with butterflies, worked on light blue canvas.

What the picture shows

The horses stand head to head: the front one shows its horn and dark eye, while the second is turned in profile and bends lower. The manes are long, worked in white, lilac and grey, twining together and merging into the swirls of the background. Four large butterflies with striped violet-and-turquoise wings fly around them. Green grass grows at the bottom and the ground is blue-violet, curled into waves. The design is stitched throughout, so none of the light blue canvas shows in the finished work.
