Bead embroidery on artist canvas for clothing is a group of 13 kits with small motifs meant to be transferred onto a garment once stitched: a denim jacket, a bag, a waistcoat, a pocket. Formats run from 56×97 to 80×105 mm, worked in Preciosa beads; 8 kits are rated easy and 5 medium.
How it differs from a shop-bought patch
- The motif is unique. No two come out the same even from one design: the tension and the tilt of the beads differ every time.
- The base holds its shape. Artist canvas is denser than felt, so the motif does not ripple on the fabric.
- Sized for the garment. The formats are chosen for a pocket, a lapel or the back of a bag, so nothing has to be resized.
What is included
Canvas with the full-colour design printed on it, Czech Preciosa beads, a needle and illustrated instructions for stitching and finishing the edge. The garment itself is not included.

Animals and birds (6 kits), decorative motifs (3), and one each of romantic, adventure, fantasy and oriental designs.
Questions and answers
How is the motif attached to the garment?
The edge is finished as the instructions describe and the piece is then sewn on by hand. Glue is not recommended: beads are heavier than thread and the motif eventually lifts.
Can the garment be washed?
By hand and locally only. Machine washing destroys the thread holding the beads.
How long does a motif take?
4–10 hours depending on size and colour count.
