What is included

How long it takes
8–14 hours, so four to six evenings. It makes a good first cross stitch project: the whole cycle to a finished object before you have time to tire of it.
Questions and answers
Why are there two pieces of fabric?
So you can choose the ground: on white the design reads light and airy, on black it is high-contrast and the gold glows brighter.
Is the tassel included?
Yes, a decorative tassel for the finished bookmark comes with the kit.
How do I handle metallic thread?
Cut shorter lengths, 30–40 cm, and let the needle hang free from time to time so the thread can untwist.
