Description

“Moon” is a pink crescent with closed eyes, big roses resting on its horns. A calm design at a simple level.

What the picture shows

The crescent fills almost the whole format, horns turned to the right: a pale pink body with coral shadows, small stars and dots across its surface, a calm face with long lashes and a blush. A large pink peony with lilac violets and green leaves rests on the upper horn, smaller flowers and gold stars on the lower one. A pale blue cloud drifts to the right, and a star hangs on a thread below. The ground stays light and mostly empty; the whole motif is covered in cross stitch. The moon's face takes up very little space, so the flowers on the horns are what carry the design.
