Description

“Meow-meow” is a set of cat motifs scattered across the whole field. There is no single scene here: each cat lives on its own.

What the picture shows

Nine cats of different sizes and poses: ginger, grey, white with patches; one sits, another lies on its back, a third arches its spine. The drawing is very simplified — a round head, dots for eyes, whiskers in a few stitches. Paw prints, hearts, arrows and small flowers are scattered between them. In the centre is a large dark paw with the lettering MEOW MEOW. A thin ornamental border runs around the perimeter. There are only 10 thread colours and the background is not stitched, which is why the kit is rated simple. Each cat has its own expression: one squints, another sticks out its tongue, a third looks straight at the viewer. The stripes on the ginger cats are worked in a darker thread, the grey ones have white chests, and the tails curl differently — no silhouette repeats.
