Cross Stitch Kit "March rabbits"
Description
“March rabbits” shows willow branches where fluffy bunnies sit instead of catkins. A light springtime joke.
What the picture shows
Several thin brown branches run diagonally across the format, with bunnies sitting or hanging on each of them — lilac, mauve, cream and pale pink. They have rounded backs, long flattened ears and tiny dots for eyes, and their pose repeats the shape of a willow bud. The design keeps to a soft pastel range with no harsh contrast, and the ground stays light. It is worked in counted cross stitch, with the canvas fully covered under the figures. The branches cross in several places and the bunnies sit at different heights, so the composition never looks symmetrical.

The nearly square 260×270 mm format and the simple difficulty make it a good choice for spring decor or for a first project in this technique. A frame is chosen separately and is not part of the kit. Twenty-three colours and 50 metres of floss make a small amount of work in a very soft palette.
