Description

“Lion Heart” shows a lion and a lioness bending their heads towards each other, their manes turning into flowers.

What the picture shows

The animals’ faces are worked realistically, in ochre and smoky tones, with attentive pale eyes. Beyond them the fur stops being fur: the mane dissolves into ribbons of pink, lilac, blue and crimson that curl to the right and downwards. A cloud of small multicoloured flowers with butterflies grows out of them above, and a green meadow with red and pink blossoms lies below. A grey-brown bird sits on the left. The background is pale blue, scattered with small dots.
