Cross Stitch Kit "Cuckoo clock"
Description
“Cuckoo clock” is a fantasy clock put together like a machine of wood and metal.
What the picture shows
The case is shaped like a little house with a gabled roof; in the middle there is a large round dial with Roman numerals, a light blue centre and golden hands. A bird sits in the small window above the dial. Fans of thin slats, like wings, open on either side of the case. Four different weights hang from chains below, a dark panel with gears shows on the right, and blue clouds drift around. The ground is ochre, like old paper, with blurred edges. The whole surface is worked in cross stitch.
