“Prayer of the Holy Trinity” shows Rublev’s Trinity in print, with a blue beaded field around it.

What the picture shows

Three angels sit around a table with a chalice: the first in pink and white, the second in a blue himation, the third in green. A columned building stands on the left, a tree in the middle, a mountain on the right; the ground is golden yellow and an inscription runs above. The image is printed on the canvas. The wide bands at the top and bottom are beaded: dark blue and violet worked as a dense field with white beads and gold bugles scattered through it, and a gold line around the whole edge. The blue sets off the golden ground of the icon. The prayer on the back of the banner is printed in Russian. The icon is light and finely detailed, so the dark beaded field around it works like a mount.
