“Our Lady Prayer for kids” is a banner with the Mother of God and the Child.

What the picture shows

The Mother of God, in a crimson veil over a green dress, holds the Child on her left arm; the Child, in a white shirt and gold himation, raises his hand in blessing. The ground is a cool blue-grey, both haloes are gold with a red rim, and Greek abbreviations stand beside the heads. The image is printed on the canvas, while the beading forms the border around it: a red field with rows of gold beads, rectangular blocks of white and gold at the top and bottom, and a gold edge around the whole piece. The prayer on the back is printed in Russian; the version with a Ukrainian text has its own article number. The white-and-gold rectangles are mirrored at the top and bottom, which keeps the piece balanced.
