In this version of “Home Prayer” the text on the back of the banner is printed in Ukrainian.

What the picture shows

The printed icon shows the Mother of God of the Seven Swords: a deep red veil with a patterned band across the brow, a blue dress, and seven slender swords converging on her breast. Her face is calm, her gaze lowered, the ground warm cream. The beads cover only the wide border around the image — red beads as a solid field, diamonds of white and gold at the top and bottom, and a narrow gold line of bugle beads along every edge. The printed ground inside the border is meant to stay as it is. The red field of the border is dense and, next to the warm printed image, looks like the setting of a small household icon.
