A yellow rim and 165 mm of working field — this is the most eye-catching hoop in the range.

What it is

The fabric is clamped between two rings and tightened by the plastic screw at the top; the tension can be adjusted as you go, so Aida can be pulled up again when it slackens. The plastic takes up no moisture and does not darken with age, unlike wood, and the smooth inner edge does not distort the weave. At 165 mm this is the larger of the two sizes in the range.
