“St. Vladimir” is a prince in a jewelled crown, holding a slender cross. Turquoise-green robes with gold bands.

What the picture shows

The prince looks straight ahead: a grey beard and a gold crown studded with red, green and blue beaded stones. The robe is worked in turquoise and green beads, with broad gold bands running down it and small colour flecks along them. Both hands hold a slender cross at his chest, and a white-and-blue cloth hangs on the left. The halo is amber and the ground is golden rays. The beading takes the robe, the halo and the plaque frame, while the face and hands remain printed, and the radiance stays print as well.
