Description

“St. Victoria” is a martyr in a white headdress with pearl strands, in deep red robes. A warm, restrained palette.

What the picture shows

The saint is shown to the waist, her gaze level and direct. A white headdress worked in pearl beads covers her head, with long pale strands falling on both sides onto her shoulders. The outer robe is deep red with soft folds and a lighter edge at the neck. Her right hand is raised to her chest and holds a small pale object. The halo is amber and the ground is golden rays with red dots at the top. The beading takes the robe, the halo and the plaque frame, while the face and the hand remain printed, and the radiance stays print as well.
