“St. Michael” is an archangel with pale blue wings and a gold cross on his chest. The only winged image in this batch.

What the picture shows

The archangel is shown to the waist, with thick dark hair held by a red band. Pale blue wings open behind his shoulders, worked in rows of blue and white beads. His garment is amber-brown, finely woven in beads, with a large gold cross at the chest. His right hand holds a dark staff, his left a small round orb. The halo is amber and the ground is golden rays. The canvas is edged with a narrow gold band with red accents at the corners; a rectangular name plaque takes up the lower part. The wings, the clothing, the halo and the border are beaded, while the face, the hands and the gold ground are left to the print.
