Description

“St. Marina” is a martyr with long fair hair and a gold cross. A blue mantle over deep red robes.

What the picture shows

The saint is shown to the waist, with long light-blonde hair falling over both shoulders. A blue mantle covers her left shoulder and back, and deep red clothing with a fine gold pattern worked in amber beads shows beneath it. Her right hand, raised to her chest, holds a gold cross. The halo is amber and the ground is golden rays. A gold border runs along the whole edge, and the lower part of the image is taken up by a name plaque between two ornaments. Beads cover the robes, the halo and the border, the face and hands stay printed, and gold print shows between the bead rows on the ground.
