Mini Bead Embroidery Magnet Kit "Puppy"

“Puppy” is a dalmatian sleeping curled up beside a large yellow flower.

What the picture shows

The puppy lies on the right side of the canvas with its head on its paws; a long ear covers half its muzzle and black spots are scattered over its back. A large yellow flower opens on the left: the yellow beads are laid in a dense spiral from the centre outwards, and it looks almost three-dimensional. Green beads form the leaves and stems around it and two small flowers below. The ground is an even olive green, left as print, which holds the yellow well. 127 beads. The background is not stitched: it is printed on the canvas and shows between the beads, so the picture is built on the play of print against raised beadwork. The piece is small and easy to carry along or save for an evening when you want to make something by hand.
