Mini Bead Embroidery Magnet Kit "Long wished gift"

“Long wished gift” shows two white bear cubs carrying a large red box.

What the picture shows

The box stands in the centre and hides both cubs almost to the middle: only their heads and the paws holding it show at the sides. Red beads fill the box itself in rows, green ones form the ribbon that wraps it at the top and the scarf round the left cub's neck. The cub on the right holds the red end of the ribbon. A small red bird is painted above the bow. The ground is almost white with a light shadow under their feet, so all the attention goes to the present. 138 beads in two colours. The background is not stitched: it is printed on the canvas and shows between the beads, so the picture is built on the play of print against raised beadwork. The piece is small and easy to carry along or save for an evening when you want to make something by hand.
