Description

VOLVO takes the round badge with its diagonal arrow and sets it against a night city. A piece for anyone who knows a marque by its emblem alone.

What the picture shows

The ring is built up in two or three rows of silver, steel and black beads, which gives the rim depth and a metallic sheen; the arrow at the upper right uses the same beads and breaks out of the circle. Across the badge runs a dark blue bar with VOLVO spelled out letter by letter in white beads. The background — a blue print of skyscrapers, lit windows and a blurred road with light trails — is left as it is: only the emblem is beaded. Four colours are enough because the whole piece is built on metallic shine: silver, steel, black and white over the blue bar.
