Mini Bead Embroidery Kit on Art Canvas "Stargazer"

“Stargazer” is a bear in a starry hat with a telescope, sitting among drawn constellations.

What the picture shows

The ground is deep turquoise, and on it the beads trace only the outlines of stars — blue, lilac and gold, in several sizes, as if drawn in a single stroke. A red-brown bear sits in the centre wearing a violet pointed hat with gold stars, this one beaded solidly. To the left a long copper telescope rests on a globe, trimmed with gold beads; to the right stand a stack of books with beaded spines and a red apple of small red beads. The bear, the globe and the pages of the books stay printed: here the beading works as a highlight on separate details. The stars vary in size: the largest, in gold, sits at the upper right, while the smallest are scattered into the corners. The hat is the only area beaded solidly, so it is what the eye reads first. The rest of the scene rests on outlines, and the dark ground between them is left open.
