Description

Snoozing shows a lilac owl with half-closed eyes dozing among yellow flowers, a blue moon and a star hanging above her.

What the picture shows

The eyes are worked in white and black beads with orange brows, and they draw the attention first. The body is covered with rows of red, white and yellow beads running along the printed stripes, and a golden heart shines on the chest. The tail is laid out in blue and turquoise, the moon above in blue with a white zigzag, the star in golden beads. The yellow flowers below are made petal by petal, with blue dots in their centres. The lilac-green spotted background stays printed on the canvas: the beads go on the owl and a few accents around her. Ten colours give an almost stained-glass look. The small lime dots on the background also stay printed.
