Description

Owl and alarm clock shows a sleepy owl in a pink nightshirt standing in her slippers, with a blue alarm clock ticking at her feet.

What the picture shows

The feathers on her head are worked in white, pale blue and grey beads, long curling strands as if just out of bed. Lashes and pupils are black, the eyes themselves gold. The nightshirt is outlined in pink and lilac, and the black dots on it are single beads. The chest is densely sown with pearly white beads. A blue band runs down each side, carrying golden rings and small blue-and-white flowers, while the pink hearts on it stay painted. The alarm clock and the slippers below get a few accents, and the rest of the background is print on the canvas. Eleven colours keep to a cool blue-and-pink range. Pink pompoms show on the slippers at her feet.
