“Cosmic energy” is planets and orbits wound into a spiral on a dark ground.

What the picture shows

A large globe with turquoise oceans and red-orange bands sits in the centre, worked in fine rows of beads. Orbits curl around it: thin rings of red, white and blue beads that cross and then fly apart. Smaller planets hang nearby — a turquoise one with craters and a deep blue one with a red rim — with stars and dots scattered between them. The dark ground stays printed, and the coloured rings glow against it. The rings are beaded a single bead wide, so they never thicken into solid bands. The stars on the ground are not alike: some are two beads, others have rays and stretch sideways.
