Description

“Romantic garden” shows an openwork bicycle with baskets of lilac flowers on a pale blue ground.

What the picture shows

The bicycle is seen from the side and is built mostly from thin lines: frame, handlebars and spokes are laid in one or two rows of turquoise, black and silver beads, so the background shows through. Bouquets stand on the bars, the rear rack and the front basket — dense lilac clusters in mauve, pink and white, green leaves, small flowers on curling stems. A pink bow is tied to the handlebars with a yellow bird perched on it. Pink and violet scrolls curl at the top left, with two pale butterflies beside them. A beaded lace border in white, pink and grey runs along the bottom edge. The background is printed blue stripes with the words “Romantic Garden”, which stay as print.
