Description

“Coffee and chocolate” shows a cup of cappuccino with milk foam under an arched clock.

What the picture shows

The cup stands in the centre: a pale blue and white body with a brown rim, a wide saucer beneath it, and three curls of steam rising above, laid in white beads. The foam is worked in cream and light brown with dark strokes of cinnamon. A white and blue napkin with soft folds lies on the left, a sugar cube on the right. Several pieces of chocolate in brown and gold beads are scattered at the bottom left. A semicircular clock arch fills the width above: an ochre dial with Roman numerals and hands, edged with openwork scrolls in copper, cream and gold beads. The dark printed wood-grain background stays unbeaded.
