Description

“Mocha” shows a tall glass of coffee with milk foam on a turquoise saucer.

What the picture shows

The glass stands in the centre: the drink is stitched in brown, dark umber and gold beads with pale highlights, topped with a cap of whipped cream in cream, pink and white beads dusted with cocoa. A thin stream of steam in white beads rises to the right. The saucer is wide, worked in turquoise, green and white, with a long spoon and a brown handle lying beside it. Large letters spell “CAFE” across the top and “MOCHA” down the right side in dark brown beads. A band of gold and black scrollwork on turquoise runs along the left, and a dark border with a square meander closes the bottom. The wood-grain background stays as print.
