Description

“Silver Christmas tree” shows a lacy fir in silver and lilac beads on a dark ground.

What the picture shows

The tree is not built from solid greenery but from lines: long arcs of white, silver, pale blue and lilac beads spread out from the trunk and curl into spirals at their tips. Baubles hang between them — three round and one elongated, each worked in small flowers and dots. An eight-pointed star glows at the top, while the lowest branches turn into wide scrolls that trail along the bottom of the picture like a swirl of snow. The whole tree is see-through: the dark grey printed canvas shows between the rows and stays unbeaded, so the pattern reads like frost on a window.
