Midi Bead Embroidery Kit on Art Canvas "Dangerous grace"
Description
“Dangerous grace” is a jellyfish with a fiery bell drifting through dark blue water.
What the picture shows
The bell takes the upper part: it is worked in orange, red and pink beads with white highlights along the rim, and darker folds show through inside. Long tentacles trail downward — lilac, crimson and violet threads that twist and thin out towards the bottom. The water around is deep blue with azure strokes and small bubbles; it stays as printing on the canvas, so the jellyfish looks lit from within. The tentacles are not alike: some run straight down, others curl into loops, and clear water is deliberately left between them. A pale row outlines the rim of the bell, separating it from the water so the silhouette does not blur.

Cold water against a warm bell in a 200×200 mm square gives a strong contrast — the piece reads well from across a room. The finished embroidery is gallery-mounted, with no baguette and no passe-partout. The difficulty is average with nineteen colours; most of the shades go into the shift from orange to violet.
