Description

“April morning” shows daffodils in a white jug, potted flowers, cherry blossom and quail eggs.

What the picture shows

The jug stands on the left: white with a blue rim and a blue floral design, stitched in white, pale blue and turquoise beads. Seven daffodils rise from it — yellow petals with orange trumpets on long green stems, with lilac grape hyacinths between them. A terracotta pot of yellow and white primroses with dark foliage stands on the table to the right, and above it a grey bucket of blue bells. A cherry branch with pink blossom and brown bark runs along the whole bottom edge. Speckled quail eggs lie between the branch and the pot. Three pale butterflies flutter above. The printed blue-green ground with its small flowers stays unbeaded.
