Description

“Kirovohrad region” is a wide outline with red rosettes set on a grid.

What the picture shows

The shape stretches sideways, with a narrow tail on the right and several spurs below. Black lines run diagonally across the white canvas and divide the field into diamonds, each holding a red rosette with a black centre. The motifs grow smaller towards the edges and leave more bare canvas between them, so the design never feels overloaded. There are only two colours, red and black, while the print under the beads provides the depth. Four hundred and forty-one beads are laid in groups of three or four, and those groups set the rhythm. A gold cord along the edge keeps the silhouette crisp.
