Icon Bead Embroidery Pattern on Art Canvas "St. Julia"

What the picture shows

The saint is shown half-length, turned a little. A light blue patterned veil covers her head and falls over her shoulders and chest; wavy fair hair shows beneath it. Her robe is crimson-red with broad folds, with green and pink layers under it and a narrow ornamented band at the cuff. In her right hand she holds a small gold cross set with red; her left is raised, palm open. The halo is golden-orange, built from concentric rings. The ground is cream with faint painted scrollwork; a dark brown border of diamonds runs around the edge, with fans in the upper corners and an inscribed cartouche below. The fill is partial: beads cover the clothing, veil, cross, halo and border ornament, while the ground, face and hands stay printed on the canvas.
