What the picture shows

The figure is shown to the waist, the face lean and the look calm. A green-turquoise kerchief with a white border covers her head and shoulders, tied under the chin. Over her shift is a blue coat with a small pale pattern and a row of gold fastenings, with red trim showing below. Her right hand is raised palm outward, her left lowered. The halo is gold, the ground cream with an embossed scroll. The palette is unusual for the series: more blue and green than red. The beads fill the kerchief, the coat and the halo, while the face, the hands and the ground stay printed on the canvas.

The frame shown in the photo is not in the kit and is chosen separately, to match the wall or the furniture.
