“St. Larissa” is a martyr in a white brow cloth and a dark blue mantle, holding a cross.

What the picture shows

The saint is shown to the waist. A white-and-blue brow cloth with a pearl border covers her head and falls to her shoulders; over it a dark blue mantle spreads wide towards the hem. Beneath the mantle is a red gown edged with a gold band. Both hands hold a small white cross with crossbars before her chest. The halo is gold, the ground cream with an embossed foliate scroll and beaded half-suns in the upper corners. The beads fill the mantle, the gown, the brow cloth and the halo, while the face, the hands and the ground stay printed on the canvas.

The frame in the photograph is not part of the kit: it and the glass are chosen separately once the embroidery is finished.
