“Tiny Sorceress” shows a fairy girl in a tall hat sitting on a red toadstool.

What the picture shows

The fairy has settled on the cap of the mushroom with her hands in her lap; she wears a blue dress, clear wings on her back and a pointed lilac hat with a wide brim. The toadstool is red with white spots, with ochre earth and small blades of grass beneath it. A blue butterfly flies to the left. The ecru canvas is left unstitched and gives a warm ground. Twenty floss colours over 36 m, of which 7 m is silver metallic thread used for the sparkle. The brim of the hat uses two shades of lilac, darker below and lighter above, which gives it volume.
