Cross Stitch Kit "Symbol of peace"
Description
“Symbol of peace” shows two swallows flying towards each other above counted lettering.
What the picture shows
The birds are mirrored: wings spread, long tails splaying outwards, beaks almost touching. Their bodies are filled with patches of light blue and yellow with ragged edges, and the outline of wings and feathers is drawn over the colour in a thin dark line. The word “ЄДНІСТЬ” — “unity” — is stitched below them in large counted letters. The white canvas stays as the ground; there is less fill here than empty field. Nine floss colours over 13 m. The feathers on the wings are marked with short strokes over the colour — a detail you notice only up close.
