“Sweet orange” shows a tall mug of mulled drink with orange and cinnamon, framed by handwritten lettering.

What the picture shows

A tall red footed mug stands in the middle, painted with a green fir pattern and white dots; a slice of orange and two cinnamon sticks lean out of it, and thin stitches of steam rise above the rim. A white mouse in a red hat leans against the mug on the left, and a star-shaped biscuit with a curl of orange peel lies on the plate below. Yellow and orange stars are scattered all around. The line It’s the most wonderful time of the year! runs above and below in dark red script, in English. Eighteen floss colours keep to a warm range of red, orange and green. The light yellow Aida stays as the background and is left unstitched. The lettering curves in an arc and closes the design into a circle with the mug at its centre.
