Cross Stitch Kit "Spring dreams"

“Spring dreams” shows a fox cub asleep, curled up inside a wreath of spring flowers.

What the picture shows

The ginger cub lies with its eyes closed, its tail across its muzzle. A closed wreath of pink, lilac and white flowers runs around it — tulips, bells and small clustered blooms with green leaves and thin stems. The palette is pastel, almost watercolour, with no sharp contrasts. The white canvas is left unstitched and holds the light inside the circle. Twenty floss colours with many close shades, and several flower centres are worked in beads. The cub's fur uses three shades of ginger with a white underside, and the flowers carry soft transitions inside every petal.
