What the picture shows

The left half is warm: a golden sky, ochre mountains with snowy caps, a green shore with small flowers and a flock of birds above. The right half is cold: a violet-blue sky, a full moon, icy blue peaks and the same lake in night tones. The border runs as a clean vertical through the centre. The light blue canvas stays open in places in the water and sky. Seventeen floss colours over 38 m; the stars and moon are worked in Preciosa No. 10 beads in two colours. The border between day and night runs exactly down the middle and never shifts — that is the main demand on your counting.
