Cross Stitch Kit "Flower of Happiness"
Description
“Flower of Happiness” is a stylised lotus opened into symmetrical petals in turquoise and crimson.
What the picture shows
The flower is built as a mirror image: broad turquoise-green petals below, crimson and violet ones above, and a centre assembled from orange scrolls like an arabesque. Light lines run along the petal contours and hold the shape. Around the flower the white canvas is left unstitched and scattered with small blue specks that give a glow. Eighteen floss colours plus decorative metallic threads over 31 m. The scrolls in the centre are stitched orange on violet — the highest-contrast area in the whole piece.

A 150×150 mm format, rated simple. A symmetrical drawing is convenient: half the work is effectively repeated as a mirror image. Finishing — hoop, round frame or moulding — is chosen separately. The metallic thread runs along the petal contours, so the shimmer falls in even lines rather than patches. The small blue specks around the flower are added at the end and must fall on clean canvas. The piece suits a living room and a study equally.
