Cross Stitch Kit "Dragonfly-1"

“Dragonfly-1” shows a blue dragonfly with open wings and a long slender abdomen.

What the picture shows

The wings spread in four directions, worked in light blue, turquoise and deep blue with pale veining; a thin golden line runs along their edges, so they look half-transparent. The body is dark blue, almost black near the head, and shifts into mint and lime further down; the abdomen is narrow, divided into segments, and drops almost to the edge of the motif. The eyes are large and dark, set at the sides of the head. In the photo small beads are visible on the wings and body — the data for this kit does not list them. Twelve floss colours hold an even gradient from blue to green. The background is not stitched: in the photo it is a white shirt, where the golden outline of the wings almost disappears from a distance. The motif is symmetrical and easy to place straight.
