“Citrus notes” shows a branch of oranges with a pink blossom on a warm ground.

What the picture shows

The composition is gathered into a dense patch in the centre: a large orange on the left, two smaller ones to the right and below, and an open pink flower with fine petals between them. A branch with dark buds crosses the design from above, and broad green leaves with clear veins lie around the fruit. The coffee canvas is left unstitched and works as a warm ground close in tone to the peel. Nineteen floss colours, 41 m, with many shades of orange. The peel is built from several shades of orange with small light specks — that is what gives it texture.
