“Sweetie” is a small figure in a full pink skirt with silvery wings.

What the picture shows

The figure stands in profile with her head bowed. The hair is worked in gold and sand beads with fine plaits that fall along the back. The wings are large and silvery white, filled with rows of small beads that spread from the base to the tips. The skirt is the most striking part: it is built from pearls, drops and rondelles in three kinds, twenty-two stones in all, so the surface comes out raised and uneven. Decorative threads of two kinds, five metres together, hang from the hem and work as a fringe. The kit holds 18 bead colours and the difficulty is above average. Inside the outline the canvas is stitched densely.
