Description

“Spell Potion” shows a rounded flask of blue-green brew with bubbles rising through it.

What the picture shows

The flask is outlined with white and lime beads running in two arcs, as if light played on the glass; the neck is worked in grey beads and the sediment at the bottom in copper and dark blue. Inside, the printed swirls of blue and turquoise are left uncovered, so the liquid still looks transparent. Small pale blue beads are scattered around like sparks. The circle is trimmed with a mint rim. The second part of the work is a greyish base with a black cauldron of green brew and blue smoke rising above it.

The pieces are sewn together with the padding inside and hung on a grey ribbon. Blue-green is rare in Halloween decor, so this pendant does not get lost among the oranges. The pattern is in colour and printed straight on the canvas. The lilac, kraft paper and pumpkin stencil in the photo are styling props. The copper beads at the bottom of the flask vary in size, which makes the sediment look real.
