Christmas Ornament Bead Embroidery Kit "Moon"

Moon is a dark crescent scattered with silver stones, with a star pendant on a chain.

What the picture shows

The crescent is turned with its horns to the right, its surface gathered from black, blue and graphite beads. Clear and pearl stones of different sizes are scattered unevenly over it — they read as stars and give the piece its main sparkle. A dense row of pale beads runs along the inner edge and outlines the sickle. A thin chain is fixed to the lower horn, carrying a star embroidered in the same palette. Eighteen colours. The gaps between rows remain as print on the canvas. The outer edge of the sickle is wider than the inner one and the stones there are larger, so the moon looks three-dimensional, as if lit from the side. The star is small, with five clear points and a single transparent stone at its centre.
