Christmas Ornament Bead Embroidery Kit "Emerald august"

“Emerald august” is a butterfly on an emerald base with multicoloured inserts, the busiest of these four.

What the picture shows

The wings are outlined in dark green, and the field is worked in lime, olive and emerald beads with golden veining. Two large faceted drops in a saturated green lie on the upper wings, with pink and gold oval inserts below them, while blue stones glow on the lower wings. It is exactly those colours foreign to green that make the piece restless and eye-catching. The body is dark green, the antennae short. Twelve colours: a green base plus blue, pink and gold accents. Golden veining runs the length of each wing and separates the green areas so they do not merge together.
