Christmas Ornament Bead Embroidery Kit "Dyushes pear"

Dyushes pear is a juicy pear with a green leaf, gathered from yellow, honey and golden beads.

What the picture shows

The pear is shown in profile, with its typical round base and drawn-out neck. The side is embroidered in yellow and honey beads, a golden border runs along the edge, and pale faceted stones are scattered inside to suggest the sheen of the skin. Above sit a green leaf of small beads and a darker stalk. Fourteen colours give a move from lemon to amber. The ground is not covered solidly: the print on the canvas shows between the rows of beads, matched to the fruit. The stalk is short and slightly bent, and the leaf is turned to one side, so the pear is not symmetrical and looks livelier for it. The darkest beads lie at the bottom, under the curve.
