Sundog shows a yellow hare with a purple bow holding a bouquet, with a large pink heart hanging beside it.

What the picture shows

The hare is outlined in gold, its long ears pink inside; a large bow of purple and lilac beads sits at its neck. Its paws hold a dense posy of pink, crimson and red rosettes with green leaves. A large pink heart with a bead outline hangs at the upper left, with three smaller red ones around it. A frame of red and white beads runs around the perimeter, and two more pink hearts sit in the lower corners. The cream ground with its soft blurred patches stays as print. There are 8 colours. The bow is worked after the figure: it lies over the outline and holds the centre of the composition. The red-and-white frame around the perimeter is done at the end, once it is clear how much room the figure and the heart take.
