Pussycat shows a white kitten hugging a red flower, with a basket of blooms set in a blue frame beside it.

What the picture shows

The kitten is outlined in white beads — a single pale line traces the head, paws and tail, while the fur itself stays as pink print. A red flower with a yellow centre and green leaves is held in its paws. A square outlined in pale blue beads is set into the lower left, holding a basket of red and pink flowers. Small red hearts rise above and a pink rose blooms on the right. Golden-red ornamental bands run along the edges. The pink-lilac ground is left bare. There are 6 colours. The white outline is best run in one movement: a break in the line shows at once, since it is the only light element against the pink. The ornamental bands along the edges are done at the end: they repeat a single motif and run easily once the centre is finished.
