Merry Christmas – 2 shows a snowman in a black top hat and red scarf holding a basket of rowan berries, with two rabbits busy at his feet. A frosty day in the woods.

What the picture shows

The top hat is worked in black beads with grey-blue highlights, and the red scarf in two shades of red, one long end trailing down. Three black beads mark the buttons on the white body, which is outlined in pearl. The basket on the right is woven in gold-brown beads, and the rowan inside it is orange-red, berry by berry. Green fir boughs with white caps of snow hang from the top and the sides. The carrot nose, the red cardinal, the tit and both rabbits stay as full-colour print on the blue-and-white ground. Ten colours over the smallest bead count in the series — 532.
