Description

Happy Birthday – 3 has a kitten in an oversized pink hat sitting on a meadow with three balloons bobbing above. A party that is only just starting.

What the picture shows

The hat is the main element: its brim is outlined in pink and crimson beads, with a blue ribbon of separate beads laid across it and a white flower on top. The balloons at the upper right — green, red and yellow — are outlined in their own colours, with white beads for the strings. Green grass and flowers fill the bottom: white daisies with yellow centres, red poppies and small yellow flecks. The kitten itself, ginger fur, wide eyes, pink nose, stays as print, as does the blue sky with its cloud. Nine bead colours are split between pink, green, white and the three balloon colours.
